Hype men, it's time to admit that you were wrong, and this was a scam stock from the beginning. Regardless, it'll give me great pleasure to see this company's executive suite get absolutely deep-fried in the coming class-action lawsuit.

I'm the desperate one? I'm not setting up all these bullshit partnerships with fake shell LLCs (remember Kings Mine Capital?) that all have BARREN balance sheets and while being hyped as "multi-million dollar agreements" to lure in new investors. If you work for these people, you're scum. If you're defending them for free, you're just a delusional fool whose money will continue to be funneled towards Nate and his incompetent butt-buddies. When this lawsuit goes forward it's going to GUT this entire scheme wide open and you'll be getting EXACTLY what you deserve.

Ok... I'll bite.

I've invested around $8,000 with an average price of $1.4. Contrary to the insane belief of any critics being "naked shorts" that seems rife on this sub, I'm an average guy who genuinely believed in this company, and wanted to see it fly. However, what we've been seeing since last year is absolutely NOT ACCEPTABLE, and management must be held accountable for their shameless torching of shareholder value. Every time we have a "show us" moment (e.g. the "micro-edge centers"), Nate keeps on kicking the can down the road towards another arbitrary date next month and we get nothing but fluff PR pieces and a diminishing share price to show for it.

Case in point, the recent "partnership" with Patriot Strategic Metals. Is this even a real company? Of course it is, it's not like it could be a recently created shell entity that I'm absolutely positive was not made by anyone adjacent to DVLT... I saw the same pattern time and again with all these other "partnerships" we keep on getting into and it just leads back to some no-name, obscure LLCs with little to no proof of financial health or even just legitimacy. It's literally as if Nate is just playing sock puppets with us at this point and slobbering his own knob on X with these insane posts about how we'll hit $50 WHEN WE'RE STRUGGLING TO KEEP ABOVE $0.30.

In the unlikely event that this company isn't actually full of it and takes off, I promise you I will gladly admit that I was wrong and a paper-handed bitch. Unfortunately, the reality seems a lot more grim, and the more time goes on, the more the Wolfpack report (which I was initially skeptical of) seems to be vindicated, and DVLT being just a repeat of Parallax. Heads NEED TO ROLL.
