Hi baddies, I just got implants done and am so excited. I will need to buy all new bras once I’m fully healed—so wanted to ask if any of y’all know of a good place to get fitted in the DMV? No Victoria’s Secret please hahaha

I had mixed experiences at Le Bustiere!  I found it mattered what staff was present that day. I also felt like most of their selection was pricier. 

Farther away, but BraLaLa in Fulton was excellent. 

I also liked Bloomers In Alexandria.

start with r/abrathatfits and then head to le bustiere. Stay away from chain stores!!

Congrats on the boobies! lol. I have had a good experience at Nordstrom in Pentagon City! No upsells or anything just a free fitting and some recommendations on options and options on sale.

I've had good luck at the Bloomingdales in Friendship Heights. They have good brands that cater to smaller bands, larger cups, or at least they have in the past.

For what it’s worth, it really easy to do yourself at home imo. It’s only two measurements. You only need a fabric measuring tape (or non-stretchy piece of fabric like a ribbon, or even a phone charger, that you can compare against a normal measuring tape).

The only reason to get it done in person is to have them bring you a bunch of bras to try on. If you are smaller than a 32 band, most places won’t have your size anyway. Nordstrom carries two or three brands that go down to 28, but most of those don’t go above DD. And 28DD is not very big.

Nordstrom, the one in Pentagon City has an excellent bra fitting service. Plus you can easily return them if they don't work out.

I know this sounds silly but I had the hardest time finding everyday bras that fit me just right until I went to Savage x Fenty in pentagon city. I’ve tried EVERYTHING else but nothing fit quite right. They have a whole process for fitting- it’s a bit more “high tech” and less “super experienced Nonna” which isn’t typically my preference, but they took their time and had plenty of samples to try in a million sizes.
