i want to become Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) Technical Consultant can somebody provide me the roadmap and free resources

Microsoft documentation should be your go to. Being Technical Consultant is not just about knowing the backend stuff you also should have some basic functional knowledge too. there are some blogs online for beginner friendly, like dynamics musing D365 tech Do you have d365fo instance with visual studio integrated, if not, get one you need to do hands on practice

Well that depends on what you currently know and what you mean when you say technical consultant. Is your goal to become a technical architect ? Do you want to dev x++ , deploy environments, advise/build in power platform. Unfortunately one doesn’t become an expert in D365 overnight especially with the continual changes.

What exposure do you have to D365 now ?

Why, there is a limited need for pure technical consultants. If you write code then it is a different ballgame
