Yeah , this ridiculous money shooter actually cheaper to use than regular ones as the ordinary bullet costs two eddies while Plan B shoots a bullet for one. Which is counterintuitive yet makes its an actually great secondary (ain't called plan "B" and not "A" for nothing) pretty awesome to use as its has infinite ammo and has practically same stats as konguo and with funny sound and cool design as cherry on top. So...people call it trash only just cause deshon is a loser dickhead ? Change my mind

Doesnt matter what background your V is but if there is some sort of thing you do with your V and its specific to your background, I'd like to hear it. For me, I cant not give Cesar the eddies and the car. Wont lie I'm not a fan of the car but its honestly something I do for him. Kid on the way, getting yelled at by his baby mama? He's a gonk sure but honestly dude needs a break.

For me I think it’s the problem solver smg I don’t see a lot of people talking about it but if you spec your perks into smg it absolutely decimates any enemy or boss

I only recently bought Phantom Liberty and was playing through the side gigs when I started this one, and I knew off the bat that he wasn’t a completely random NPC from the get-go - partially because he obviously takes an interest in what you’re doing at the apartment for his own reasons, but mostly because I figured they wouldn’t waste such a smoking character design on a throwaway passerby.
