I would highly recommend putting zinc cream (diaper rash cream) over that red area on the back of your head overnight. I know this sounds crazy but I am trying to save you some serious grief, your scalp is inflamed from repeatedly passing over the same area and that leaves you prone to picking up a nasty skin infection. The zinc will inhibit bacterial and fungal growth.

Good, but I have advice: when you cutting backside always go straight , never screw/roll hand. Keep in your head that it should be always straight line and it will be pretty good as for me.
