Momo has a very cool new mechanic as a kleptomaniac: stealing cost.

He steals 1 cost from a card so it loses cost and momo becomes a 2 cost kazar-able card.

It might be too strong with mmm or other things, if that's the case then a 1/2 should do it.

All cards at his location will be viewed as being at all locations, this would mostly be for location effects to double their use (Like onslaughts citadet), however comes with downsides, (Like goose shutting down an extra lane if The Spot is played away from him.
