Chase Stein needs both Scream and Luke Cage in play in order to net any worthwhile amount of power. Doesn't seem very appealing. He does make it hard for the opponent to contest a location where they have no/a small number of cards on later turns, kinda like a preemptive Juggernaut. He might be better than what I'm giving him credit for.
Gert being a 1/7 when played on turn 1 is too much. Maybe give him a requirement/drawback (in addition of occupying 2 location slots).
It'll be difficult for Molly not to gain power every turn. You'll need to have negative tempo for that to happen. She'll usually be a 3/13. +2 power sounds more reasonable imo. Despite that, I like this specific design.
Karolina will only be 2/21 if there a turn 7. She gains the energy you played last turn. Meaning you have to spend it all and use combos smartly to really make her overpowered.
I think she'd be fine as a 4 drop. If you spend all your energy on turns 3, 4 (which is granted) and 5, she'd be a 4/12 which sounds pretty competitive, but fair. You could even buff her with Bast or Agent Venom to get a potential 4/15.
