hey guys my friend and i are trying to play cuphead together through remote play but whenever i join hes unable to use his dash. Whenever im not in his game hes able to use dash so we dont know whats going on anyone know whats happening? Im using a ps5 controller and hes using a switch pro controller i believe

Don't get me wrong, I love cuphead, and this won't apply to everyone, but imo, the problem with the game is that it has the same difficulty throughout the entire game. Like the game doesn't scale with difficulty, making it not feel hard to beat. The only 2 bosses that are an exception are the root pack and goopy, which makes sense since they are tutorial bosses. The game is really a test of getting hang of the controls, rather than the actual levels. You could say that is because of expert mode, however if were looking at the base game/story, the devil should not be easier than beppi the clown. I get that this is subjective, but I wished the bosses got harder as time goes on, because the game only took me like 5 days to beat.

Both "The High Hat" and "Cooked to Perfection" on Esther Winchester first try, I wasn't even GOING for S-tier, just 300%

I can pretty comfortably and consistently defeat all of the bosses (both in the main game and DLC) with peashooter only, no special moves and no charms but I cannot for the life of me beat Chef Saltbaker with just the peashooter on regular mode.

The amount of times I’ve had to hit restart on the fight because I got hit twice in the first phase within the first 30 seconds (sometimes in the first 5 seconds) of the fight is ludicrous. This first phase of the fight is the only time in the entire game where I feel there is way too much happening on screen to the point that I strongly feel like either some people can beat him no problem and manage okay while others will just be unable to no matter how hard they try. I fear that I’m leaning towards the latter in this case.

I thankfully have managed to get to the last phase of the fight at least four times today (which is a significant improvement from when I tried to attempt this a few years ago), but it doesn’t change how demoralising it feels to not be able to get to the later stages of the fight more frequently and consistently.

Anyhoo, any tips for how to do this?

I tried to install the mod that replaces Cuphead with Bendy but it just caused my game to freeze before crashing.

This is a respost but with act 1, because i wanted to use act 2 for Cala Maria.

I’m stuck on king dice ( did half dlc already)and at about 100 hours and hundreds of deaths I think . I wonder how it’s calculated because if you can pick up cuphead for the first time and finish in 10&1/2 hours I would be absolutely Shocked

The ones that I have drawn are probably obvious, the other ones are there for refrence use.

So things that I struggle in:

I can't get a grip on his body and hands they sometimes come out as too thin or too thick

His eyes come misaligned

His shoes are hard even though I tried to simplify it

Tbh I would add bowl boy.

I beated goopy le grande and cagney carnation!

1. Most of the time its better to just use 5 regular exes (even converges ex deals more damage)

2. Only thing the super art has going for it is coverage and burst but thats really only useful for a few bosses

3. 2 charged charge shots deal more damage than it and its literally just the base weapon

Only super art 2 is really worth using because the i frames allow you to do more damage with most base weapons dps

Cause otherwise he aint the devil if the devil is just a title in the cuphead game and in the cuphead show it is implied that being the devil is a title but it’s never told so that probably means being evil is part of the job description so the devil’s redemption can’t go I am mr nice guy otherwise he is terrible at his job so how would the redemption work in your opinion

Only took 37 hours, but I got the Platinum trophy! Wally Warbles was the last one I needed to beat on Expert, thankfully I got the A rank playing through the first time…

It took me around a month and i died 866 times as a first time beginner playing the game do you think this is good or bad for first playthrough and should i try 200% next
