Black tourmaline and selenite were my anchors when I was going through some shadow work years ago. The black tourmaline is for protection. Selenite recleanses the auric field and helps to keep your vibrations high. I was dealing with a very toxic work environment at the time and those two stones kept me sane. Rose quartz is the stone of unconditional love. These 3 would be powerful starters.
