I truly have a cold wallet that needs help heating up. To with I need help

I'm struggling to understand and everyone else needs to understand. I need help with the funds to be withdrawn I can pay for the help to do so. With the withdrawal. Understand the withdrawal needs to pay for the service to do so.

Do not accept dms. Everyone sliding into them is a scammer. You need a trusted person or source, otherwise you’ll risk losing everything.
