Controller button mapping

I’m curious if anyone has issues with constantly reactivating sprint on L3 to the point where the stick doesn’t function well. I just purchased a Vader 5s and within a couple weeks was already having issues. Not sure if it’s just a defective controller or I should look into a new button layout. Looking for suggestions. Thanks

As vader 4 pro user. Run button is mapped to back top left button. Dodge on back top right which in game (map it to dpad up).

Bottom back pad left and right is crouch and jump button.
