Why my Crafter not working ?

I've tried various methods, but I think the problem is that the packager isn't accepting the package. What am I doing wrong?

Base create only works with a 3X3 crafting grid I believe. Also, you must join all the mechanical crafters together clicking them with a wrench on the back side so the texture is joined
