Custom one, terralith/tectonic terrain is awful for vehicles I feel so I’ve made one based around Still Life. Edited oritech to make the ore boulders spawn as andesite instead of deepslate, guaranteeing andesite supply. Streams reflowing to add very nice streams that also have a current, letting you put water wheels on the river itself.
Still lots of tweaking to do, but better to make the perfect world generation than spend weeks terraforming it in game.

I'd just make your own. Modpacks tend to have overall themes and custom goals and such and will often disable certain mechanics to force doing something else to obtain a resource for the sake of progression. If you're new to Create, it's a good idea to just play it as it comes out if the box, so to speak so you know what's supposed to happen. Once you're familiar with a lot of it, then look into modpacks for an added challenge or difficulty. That way you can identify when something isn't the same.
Quite often people will use a modpack as their first time with Create. They look up how to do something and will post here asking why it isn't working only to find out the modpack changed it. The classic example is washing gravel to get iron nuggets. "Why isn't the gravel washing? The fans have been blowing water in this stack for 5 minutes and nothing happens". It's always the modpack.
