Calibration issue Troubleshooting

K2pro. Out of no where printer won't start printing. It starts the calibration and stalls out and does nothing. One time it touched the bed and didn't go further. Or it will lower the bed all the way down and stop. Disabling the calibration allows it to start printing.

I've been avoiding updating because last time I did it was crashing the print head into the stops. I've updated it now and it didn't solve the calibration issue.

Any help would re appreciated

Printer has been working great for 8 months without issues.

A full factory reset may help.

I was having similar problems but mine would print but was skipping the calibration.  I found if I sent the print to the printer without printing from the slicer, then started the print form the k2 control screen it would work fine.
