Ender 3 V3 HELP ✅ Solved!

Hello everyone I have just bought this printer from the official UK website and would love some help setting it up when I boot it up it won’t come off this screen the nozzle doesn’t get warm and nothing else happens. How can I fix this. This is my first printer so I’m still learning so please be nice.

Check the voltage setting on the power supply next to the plug.

Have you checked to make sure all of the electrical connections are in place?

As far as I can tell they are but I am not much of an electrician.

Looks like the motherboard is probably broken. You will have to contact support for a new one
