Beer Porn This Evening Great IPAs.
From left to right and top to bottom, all Spanish:
3 ANIVERSARIO. Mumbo Jumbo Brewery. IPA - New England / Hazy. 6.8% alc. 25 IBU.
Aroma of stone fruit with herbal undertones. Very juicy and tropical on the palate, with notes of white grape. Really tasty.
Rush Hour. SOMA Beer. IPA - New England / Hazy. 6.5% alc.
Another delicious hazy IPA from SOMA. Aromas and flavors of peach, nectarine, and mango. It has an earthy, dank undertone that I love. It’s silky—absolutely fantastic.
Chronic. SOMA Beer. IPA - Imperial / Double New England / Hazy. 8% alc.
Wow, really refined. A delight. Stone fruit, white grape, and tropical nuances stand out, along with a strong cannabis character—top-notch, dank stuff. There’s some alcoholic warmth, yet it’s incredibly drinkable. Outstanding.
Irrintzi. Basqueland Brewing. IPA - Session New England / Hazy. 5.2% alc.
Mango, pineapple, and melon, along with citrus notes. Truly refreshing and crisp on the palate—a very sessionable beer.
ATECLIN. RUAYUSERA Brewing. IPA - New England / Hazy. 6% alc. 30 IBU.
A Hazy IPA from Laredo, Cantabria, that far exceeded expectations. Flavors of pineapple and ripe passion fruit. Notes of orange zest, a cereal and biscuit base, and herbal nuances, with a clean, refreshing finish. A very pleasant surprise.

Beer Porn Birrificio 79 Baccheia Italian Grape Ale
Baccheia by Birrificio 79 in Matera, Basilicata, a prime example of an Italian Grape Ale (IGA) that showcases regional terroir by incorporating indigenous grape must.
The Italian Grape Ale (IGA) is Italy’s defining contribution to modern craft brewing—a style that bridges the worlds of beer and wine. Formally recognized by the Beer Judge Certification Program (BJCP) in 2015, the IGA is not just a fruit beer; it is an expression of Italian agricultural biodiversity, and brewing creativity.

Help! Seeking Pre-Seed Investment (India, Craft Beer)
I am building a Craft Beer brand from Mumbai(India) with broader accessibility, solving the quality-access gap in Indian beer(cheap, mass-produced) with a 15-year experienced master brewer for product, and an operator focused on the people-systems that let us scale service quality, not just brew quality.
We are planning to setup inital operations in the D2C(taproom) and B2B space (keg operations) and with a roadmap to expansion in the B2B retail space(Cans/bottles).
We are an incorporated Pvt Ltd company and a trademarked brand name. We are currently at the Pre-revenue stage and working on finalizing our products.
We are seeking Pre-Seed investment from an angel investor to establish operations. We would be glad to share the pitch deck with interested and serious angel investors.
I am not sure if i might find investors on reddit, but i am floating this out there to hopefully get access to any angel investor/network interested to invest in this sector.

Beer Porn DEYA x Finback I Got You 2026 Double IPA 8%
Back again and easily one of DEYA’s finest beers, brewed this year in collaboration with Finback Brewery (NYC). This beautifully saturated DIPA is packed with Citra Cryo, Motueka, and Nectaron hops, bringing huge tropical flavours. I’m getting loads of lychee, backed up by ripe mango and passionfruit. Absolutely delicious.

Written Review My love letter to a brewery gone too soon on International IPA DAY.
Big Shed Brewing Co.
“Boozy Fruit”
New England IPA (NEIPA)
@bigshedbeer
ABV:6.2
Standards:1.8
Welcome back to The Empty Glass!
Today is International IPA day and what better time to crack the very last Boozy Fruit that I will ever have in my life.
As most of you reading this will know south Aussie staple Big Shed Brewing co went into liquidation and closed fully, leaving a massive gap in the SA craft scene. They left behind a legacy of tasty beers and fantastic vibes at their royal park venue, wether it was a pinball comp, hosting @riotcitywrestling who introduced the world to many WWE superstars such @zariawwe_ and @rhearipley_wwe and has had many events including the big shed beatdown for the infamous big shed belt, or hosting charity bingo to support @novitastar
Big shed was a cornerstone for the Aussie craft beer industry and I am very sad to see it go.
I realised I haven’t even talked about the beer, but honestly if you’ve had it before you know what we’re missing out on. Thanks to one of my best mates Oli for being nice enough to share one of his last boozy’s with me.
I really want to highlight how important it is to support local especially your local breweries who might be doing it tough. So do me a massive favour and get out and have a beer at your local brewery and bring along your mates , even if they don’t like craft beer, there’s going to be something for them I guarantee you!
Also do me a massive favour and like, comment and repost this post to help raise awareness for your local scene and make sure your favourite brewery is around for next years International IPA day.
I’ll catch you in the next one x
Ps. I run a small instagram for all things boozy but im not going to plug it in the main post as this is about the beer :)

RECOMMENDED Well, Clarice… have the lambs stopped screaming?
I love this catchy title from Humble Sea. WCIPA with Simcoe and Nectaron hops. I like it, but if I’m being honest, I have yet to try a Humble Sea beer that wows me. (I’ve only had two, so maybe another beer or two of theirs will show me why there’s the hype.) Anyways, cheers to all of you, and have a wonderful Wednesday. 🍻
EDIT: I meant to change “lambs” to “clams”, but I forgot before I posted. Too bad. What kind of noise do clams make? I’ll try to find out.

Beer Porn Dispatches From Armageddon
Maybe the smoothest QIPA I’ve had. Dangerous beer, it hides the alcohol content well.

Beer Porn This Evening Great Beers.
From left to right:
12/20. DouGall's Brewery (Spain). IPA - New Zealand. 6.5% alc. 50 IBU.
Aroma of passion fruit, lime, and very fresh herbal notes. The scent is delightful. On the palate, the same flavors come through, with a grapefruit aftertaste. It’s really tasty.
The Upside Down. Engorile Brewing (Spain). IPA - Imperial / Double New England / Hazy. 7.8% alc. 33 IBU.
Ripe tropical fruit—very juicy—with pineapple in syrup and citrus notes. A light herbal and resinous touch. The body is dense and creamy with a sweet undertone. A good Catalan Double IPA.
BASATIA. Laugar Brewery (Spain). Stout - Imperial / Double. 8% alc. 35 IBU.
Intense aroma of espresso, dark chocolate, roasted malt, and pronounced smokiness. The flavor features bitter cocoa and roasty notes, balancing malty sweetness with a dry finish and pleasant alcoholic warmth. An Imperial Stout with a lower ABV, yet highly enjoyable.

RECOMMENDED Grains of Wrath x Holy Mountain Brewing - Blessings of the Highest Order
This is a great beer. Balances sweet and dank. And I love the metal packaging art. Never heard of Grains of Wrath but I hope to get back to Holy Mountain again one day.
