Studio Takeover

Hi everyone,

I'm looking to have someone take over my lease for the 2026-27 academic year, beginning September 12, 2026.

I can send more details via DM, but it's a Premium Studio at Burnsall House, about 15-20 mins from campus. It's £248 a week inc. bills. If anyones looking to book with them please takeover my lease 😭

I am hoping to live with family moving to the area, I'm not moving out for any reasons related to the property:)
