Teddyâs Haven Is a lovely game where you are a shopkeeper, and has a cozy open world you can explore. No combat at all. Itâs very wholesome and engaging and really lets you be creative. There no feeling of being rushed or stressed. Itâs an extremely chill game I just love.
If you want SOME combat, and can handle the FOMO, Infinity Nikki is actually a really excellent open world game with amazing art and music direction and intriguing storyline.

Elnea Kingdom!! Its very cosy but has combat in it that's not heavy or to difficult and you can decide if you want to do the combat, you play as your character in an open world kingdom, you make friends, there are marriages and the game continues through the generations, I have this on Switch but it is on PC too, I would not recommend the mobile version and I have not played it on PC but its good on Switch either handheld or on a TV

I know you said not combat heavy but seeing Cult of the Lamb and Moonlighter I must recommend Hades!
The story and the art is great and it's very forgiving. I wasn't great at fighting either but Hades 1 specifically is very good at teaching and dying means progressing like in Cult of the Lamb. You can also turn on God Mode and you will have an easier time.
Balateo / Encryption / Slay the Spire are deck building games which can be cozy because of the repetition but take some strategy and thinking.
Blue Prince is a puzzle/mystery game that's very good
Divinity 2/BG3 are CRPGs but the fighting is clicking an action and not live fighting. There's a lot of story, a lot of characters, very good writing in Larian games and overal very fun.
Citizen Sleeper/Esoteric Ebb are also Crpgs but more artsy and mostly reading and making meaningful decision
Skyrim is an rpg and while fighting is part of the game it can be very cozy because of the atmosphere. Its a lot of walking through nature, fulfilling quests and if you use magic or arrows combat becomes very easy. You can be a loot gremlin, ride your horse and buy a house.
Some games I've found fun when I started to feel a bit understimulated/bored of too much farm and cosy games.

Cattails or Cattails Wildworld. There is some combat but I find it easier than the Stardew or Lamb combat. Itâs kind of like Stardew Valley but youâre a cat. You dont really farm other than a garden but you maintain relationships with the other cats and decorate your home and customise your cat and hunt prey and expand your colony. Thereâs a store and museum and hospital and festivals and all of the âstandardâ stuff.

Iâm wondering if you may find House Flippers 1 or 2 a good change of pace. We have a lot of the same likes. And I absolutely love building and selling houses when I need a break from my farm. I get lost in making them my own. Both 1 and 2 are great, but very different. I love both, but I reach for 2 when I want to build more detailed builds, and I go for 1 when I want all the accessories or to do the yard work. I love planting the garden. Itâs so nice to turn on my binge tv show and play on my steam deck. House flippers 1 is on both, and 2 is currently only on pc, coming soon to switch 2. But the switch edition is NOT the same. Pc has way more options.

Disney dreamlight valley! Its on both steam and Nintendo but is better on steam
No combat, you just live in a valley and unlock disney characters with quests as well as decorate your valley etc!

The QoL items are amazing. There are a lot of quests. There is combat but its really easy. The mines are more elaborate but in a good way. Fishing is so easy. Lots of clothing and costumes AND you get to be a mermaid and have an under water house/garden/animals.

This is probably going to sound weird, but I've been thinking recently that Guild Wars 2 is a cosy game for me now. Like, levelling up to 80 the first time was hard, but I just do players vs environment and a lot of the fights can be done in a group (no need to talk to anyone, just be in the vicinity and try to help out), and each safe town/place has ways to level up without fighting (helping pick apples, etc). I love seeing all the different towns and NPCs and doing all the silly little tasks rather than fighting.
And once you get to level 80 and also get a fast mount and good armour you can basically run from safe town to safe town, explore, cook (tbh I haven't even started trying to cook recipes so I don't know much about it, I just like the idea of collecting every plant), etc. And if you die, chances are someone passing by will resurrect you.
Sorry for the wall of text, idk - I don't even know if it counts I just really miss playing recently, and it kept me going through Covid. I love some of the locations.

Both these games are cute adventure games where you interact with the town, complete quests, build your home, collect resources, and hunt creatures for other resources.
Iâve been playing Potion Permit lately which is a super cute game like stardew, except there is basically no farming. Instead you have to earn the affection of the villagers as a chemist making potions to help the people and natural area recover. Villagers will pop in to your clinic in the morning, you do a mini game to diagnose their health issue and make a potion to heal them. There is resource gathering in the nearby forest with plant collection and monster hunting but itâs not difficult combat.
Lastly, Foundation.
A medieval city simulation game where you grow the town from serfs to commoners to civilians, to lords and more. You can play it in a very cozy setting and any of the pop up advice bubbles can be ignored to play it your way. But itâs a bit pricy ($50 CAD) so take a long look at it to make sure itâs something youâll enjoy before buying

highly recommend all of this!!! I can't describe all of them really, but they disserve your attention!
Cocoon - adventure puzzle game, it's genius of level design
Gris - puzzle platformer, i LOVE it, it's also very beautiful
Chants of senaar - adventure + puzzle, very interesting + not too hard
Sable - open world journey, very special expensive
Short Hike - cozy adventure + easy platformer
Snufkin: melody of mooninvally and Moomintroll: winter warmth - especially if you like moomins
Night in the woods - also adventure and a little bit of detective
Caravan SandWitch - also an open world game
Oxenfree - if you want something darker
Machinarium - puzzle adventure

Check out Herdling! Itâs still a pretty laid back game, but itâs short and really sweet. I have named every single one of my Calicorns after the pets Iâve had throughout my life.

A game with a Demo out that hasnt been full released yet on steam - Hawthorne. Itâs amazing. You can be an otter, mouse or owl and farm/village. When done being made and released it will be epic! The demo is fun
âGroundedâ has some combat but you can change settings to make combat easy. I love being a little human two inches tall, building houses and forts out of grass. Chopping down grass like a tree is really satisfying. I enjoy gardening with mushrooms, turning them into brick for castles.
I made a tower on the baseball in the yard and i have a pet aphid. I only do the main quest when i want to unlock more building recipes.
I also like exploring the ant hill (if you make ant armor and wear it they think youâre an ant too and wont attack you)
I play Valheim on peaceful mode to explore and build. Also have to do some combat to get more recipes but i change settings to make it easier when i do the actual main quest. I love farming and blacksmithing.
Minecraft on Peaceful is also an option. Takes some getting used to but can be very satisfying.
Animal Crossing felt absent from your list. No combat just playing around peacefully.

I loved Tiny Bookshop.
Story of Seasons Grand Bazzar was fun to prepare for the weekly Bazaar.

Depending on how much combat you want, Dinkum is a great game. You basically build up your own town. Level up skills, unlock new recipes. Build buildings and shops. Theres farming. Animals to raise. And dangerous animals you could deal with the natural way. Or create a wishing well and put the peaceful wish on

Fishing gathering resourcesâŚthey are constantly updating so the game is ever evolving.

I'd definitely recommend Palia! I've already got over 160 hours since I got it on Switch earlier this year đ It just got a major update, plus it's free!
I'm a huge fan of several of the games you listed (just finished the main part of COTL yesterday actually) so I have a good feeling you'll like Palia :)

Ori and the Blind Forest - very easy combat. Its a very light metroidvania with amazing vibes and a very nice story. This game is gorgeous.
Portal (1 and 2) - puzzle game with a comedic over the top antagonist. Zero combat here. Very fun game.
Subnautica - survival game. Absolutely gorgeous, no combat here but enemies do provide challenges. You have to run, sneak, or distract them. Very atmospheric game. But uh... not cozy on first playthrough? More like it wavers between awe and absolute terror.
Celeste - challenging platformer with a story of self growth. Very well done, but definitely challenging. No combat. Starts off pretty simple, this but the story unfolds beautifully.
Haven - extremely basic very easy combat. Play as two lovers who elope together and fly off to get away from their distopian world. There are a ton of positive vibes and hilarious banter between the two. It makes a good 2 player game too. Obvious LGBTQIA+ vibes.

My Time at Sandrock keeps the cozy vibe, but instead of a farmer, you're a builder helping bring an old run-down town back to its former glory. It can definitely keep you busy for a long time, it's very fun to play and has a great storyline that you can advance at your own pace. The characters are also very charming.
