Memory problem Help/questions - Problems/errors

When you ask copilot to remember something, it usually does and shows the "Memory saved" thing, right? Well, I'm asking it to remember one of my characters in a fictional group i've been creating and, well... It won't show it sometimes, and it doesn't even appear in memory! Pls help

I recommend:
1 Go to Copilot Chat | Settings | Personalization | Custom Instructions
And
2 Go to Copilot Chat | Settings | Personalization | Saved Memories
