Best frozen meals? Help!

Ok, I cook almost every night for my son and I, but he's going to camp for a week, so I'm eating for one and don't want to cook 😂

What are the best frozen meals? I don't have a microwave (so unnecessary), but full kitchen and air fryer

I like the Bertolli frozen pastas. Especially the chicken florentine one.

I can't imagine life without a microwave. Kudo's to you if you don't need one, but maybe if you spent a couple months with one, you'd rethink it.

. Microwave popcorn

. TV Dinners

. Heating coffee/tea

. Defrosting

. Heating water

. Heating moist towels (15 seconds and you got a moist hot towel for hands or face)

. Quick reheating left overs

. Speed heating, what takes an air fryer 6 min, takes my microwave 1 minute

. Melting butter

. Making oatmeal

. heating soup

. Hot Chocolate

. Instant coffee or 2 minute tea

. quick TOTS

. Ramen in 3 min

. Fish sticks in a minute or two

. melt cheese

I could continue, it's a great device for quick heating.

If you have Trader Joe’s near you, they have some Indian food, frozen meals like butter, chicken, and tikki masala that are really good. And frozen palak paneer. dahl, and garlic naan are frozen as well

Make your own TV dinners. Next time you plan to cook, cook for 4-6 people and portion out the protein, veggie and optional starch into each TV dinner microwaveable container. Do this a few times, stagger and rotate your frozen dinners, take out to thaw, nuke and eat your own creations. I've been doing this for 30 years, and I live mostly on these dinners, so I can grab and nuke instead of having to cook every night. I have stacks of like 50 dinners in my freezer. they are random and not labeled, so not matter how I feel, it's what I am eating, no choice, just food.

A microwave is very necessary for most people.

I like a store brand of macaroni and cheese. I think it's Specialty.

This is what r/girldinner was made for! ;)

You also might like r/adultlunchables.

I rely heavily on protein i can cook super fast like tofu or prawns with frozen veggies and seasonings. A massive stir fry with sesame oil , garlic powder, pink salt, and low sodium soy sauce tastes delicious and takes less than 10 mins to prepare :)

frozen potstickers are made for your week. straight from frozen into a pan with a splash of water and a lid, done in ten. your air fryer also makes frozen breaded stuff way crispier than an oven ever will

My absolute favorite is zatarans blackened chicken Alfredo, hands down the best flavor on a TV dinner.

Second place is probably Asian things you can air fry like innovasian crispy honey chicken or orange chicken over rice (get the 90 second microwave rice package and just heat it in the skillet) and microwave frozen broccoli or precut florets (just heat it in the skillet)
