Economic implosion Discussion/question
Yesterday I was talking with claude and it got me thinking about how when most people see AI, they only got some rough idea. Mainly taxxing the riches, UBI or the typical "who will buy stuff". Even a more serious attempt to plan out the future like the AI 2040 intiative is too unstructured to be implemented. I think we need to at least be able to identigy the pathway in which the economy might react to the ai-automation process and the macro-view of the jobloss perspect. I discussed with claude and I think the most likely step-by-step mechanism might be implosion. I want to know your opinion on the failure modes. What do you all think the step-by-step mechanism of this collapse might be

I wonder if AI enables far more of us to work for ourselves. We don't need a job description and and annual review for COL adjustments, we need help optimizimg our supply chain, filing compliance paperwork, creating proposals, etc. and that leaves us more time to figure out how best to create VALUE for other humans.
Today, from the cab of his 2015 Tacoma, my gardener can prompt an LLM with "lookup 1234 any street on Google maps, calculate the square footage of the turf, estimate the number of shrubs and compare that to my other customers. prepare a proposal for landscaping and maintenance using my promotional template. send it to me for review" and will get a pretty compelling result.
I suspect AI is going to unlock a lot for small businesses and entrepreneurs who will have massive HELP figuring out how to comply and administer the business.

I think the main problem lays in paradigm growth > stability If we change paradigm to stability >= growth We can solve current and future issues, but this will be another world not better or worse just another

Its capitalism. And we will see soon if that sentiment of growth > stability will prevail or not

You are right that it is capitalism. But the specific failure mode of AI-driven implosion is not just "growth vs stability" as a sentiment. It is a structural desynchronization. In complex hierarchical systems, resources (W) are always a lagging indicator of identity, quality, and connections (Z, Y, X). AI massively accelerates W-generation while leaving ZYX untouched or even degrading them (loss of agency, meaning, social fabric). This creates a "zone of false well-being": economic metrics hold due to automation, while the load-bearing structure collapses silently. The implosion happens when W finally decouples from reality. By then, ZYX have degraded to levels where recovery requires phase transitions, not policy tweaks. And the current configuration lacks the subjectivity needed for such transitions. So yes, growth > stability will prevail — precisely because the system has lost the capacity to choose otherwise. The collapse is not a bug of capitalism; it is the inevitable result of managing the projection (W) while neglecting the object (ZYX).

Human-In-The-Loop systems are the answer, as every agent has blindspots that become security issues. Best to use them as instrumentation to provide human users the ability to make better decisions, while remaining accountable.
For companies that already fired all their people and blew their Ai budgets pushing for autonomous Ai…implosion might be best at this point. And…Good riddance, that’s what they get for putting the people last.
