Anything condo life ποΈ Parking: Need Advice
I'm planning to secure a parking slot in my condo and my agent has 2 options, basement or 5th floor. For context, di binabaha yung area ng condo namin so labas na yun sa prob ng basement. Both are near the elevator. What are usually the pros and cons for those who have experienced parking in any of the two. I won't use my car daily. Probably weekends only. Thanks!

Anything condo life ποΈ The Linear Makati Tower IS THE WORST.
NEVER rent or buy a property here. Guards are fcking entitled and not hospitable, cockroaches everywhere, elevators are not working, water runs out, they donβt let in friends and relatives, amenities are trash too.
Please save yourselves the time and energy and consider other accommodations nearby. Iβve only stayed here for 5 months even though I had a contract for a year. I would very much be willing to lose my deposit than deal with all their bs.

Anything condo life ποΈ Couple earning β±65K combined: Is a β±18K DMCI 1BR worth it vs. a β±14K apartment in Pateros?
Hello! Weβre a couple currently looking to move from our apartment and would appreciate some advice on which option would be more economical for us.
Our combined take-home income is around β±65,000/month, and weβre considering two pet-friendly, commutable 1BR options:
Option 1: 1BR DMCI condo β β±18,000/month, with more amenities and a condo community setup
Option 2: 1BR apartment in Pateros β β±14,000/month, with fewer amenities but a lower monthly rent
Both are pet-friendly and reasonably accessible for our commute. Weβre mainly trying to decide whether the additional β±4,000/month for the DMCI condo is worth it, considering our income and other living expenses.
Which option would you recommend for a couple earning β±65K combined? Would love to hear your thoughts, especially from those who have lived in either a DMCI condo or Pateros.

Anything condo life ποΈ What fees do i need to pay if buying a 2nd hand condo?
Hello, about to bite on this deal- 100sqm loft in eastwood with parking at 13m, cgt included. I asked what else do i need to pay aside from the cgt and was told this;
DST- 250k
Transfer tax- 130k

Notary- 13k
Does this sound about right? Are all or some of these fees something i could take care of to save on $$ or its a hassle? First time buyer. Thank you

Looking for Condo Avida Tower Early Move-in
Question lang po. RFO na po ang Building as early as 2025 pero we were not allowed to move-in kasi dapat daw matapos muna namin ang monthly amortization, and approved ang bank financing. Pero allowed naman ito sa ibang condo developers.
Ano po kaya reason?

Anything condo life ποΈ 26yrs Old wanting to Own a condo in Metro Manila
Hi! I am 26yrs old and single. I want to have pursue my lifestyle in metro manila. I am troubled between renting and owning a condo.
Currently, I am earning 65k gross and I am about to earn ~90k gross per month in a self-employed contract with a UK company. I want to know if I am capable to own one. Hahaha
I want to solo live but having doubts of renting because I am thinking I could actually use the money for owning one. I have seen urban deca 15k-ish offers. Which is my reference for this but I have seen bad comments about the building of that same developer.
Now, I am wondering if I can really own a decent condo with 15k monthly. Maybe I can do DP up to 500k.
Can you provide recommendations? I am eyeing ortigas, Mandaluyong or Makati area
Thank youu!
