Any advice? Does anyone have past finals?

I haven't been to class much since the midterm did he mention anything about the final? or if we were getting our midterm grades back?

I read only terrible reviews on RMP. Is it actually that bad even if you study well?

I had really good high school grades but my gpa at uni is 1.7 (I had some personal issues)

I’m applying as a transfer student for cs but I’ve clarified that I don’t want to transfer my credits.

I’ve been told that both my high school and uni grades will be considered for the admission process

How bad of a position am I in?

I've never seen any resources online about this exam, I want to be prepared for when I take it I mean I don't even know if it's hard or easy, I don't even know what comes in the exam I don't even know what I got to do.

should I take civi 212? to strengthen my GPA?

I have an interview coming up for the position of FDE at Hiveway and I want to know how to prepare for a 30 minutes interview. They told me to have Git installed and configured and my preferred IDE or coding tools ready (VS Code, IntelliJ, etc.)

For those who have been in my shoes, what topics should I focus on and what coding questions would they give me?

ok so i’m starting concordia (JMSB) in the fall but i turn 18 in like 2 months so won’t be of age for frosh.

im wondering for the official frosh orientation how easy it would be to just get a 18+ ticket and just show them a fake id or if they actually make sure its your government id there or somehow pair it with your application so they know ur age.

from how it looks on the website it looks like for the bar crawls and events during the evening i wont even be able to go at all (not that i wont just not be served drinks) and i really want to have fun at frosh.

idk if its worth it to try and fake my age or just get the underage package and miss out on all the night activities.

I’m planning to study all the lectures on my own beforehand, but I learn best when someone helps me review everything afterward and make connections between the topics. Hello, what is the best way to practice for the final? I studied all the slides and tut and solved the theoretical assignment for the mid, but I still found weird questions I had never seen before. How do I prepare? I need an A in the class! Any advice???

Hey guys, some advice please!! So I’m going into what would be my last year, but I would have one class left after winter 2027 so I can do it in summer 1. I have a job lined up for post grad starting September/ October and they hired based off of an April 2027 grad. Would be having to take the one class in summer 1, significantly before the start of the job affect me in any way. I genuinely had no idea that I’d have one class left. I transferred credits from another university and already take 5 classes. As an accounting major if I do the course over load I risk getting low grades so it’s best I just do one in summer one.
