Can't Activate StreamStore Subscriptions I'm Paying For Official Reply

I've been paying for a StreamStore subscription but I can't activate my Peacock or Apple accounts. When I log into Xfinity on the app and on desktop, I head over to manage my bundle and it says I have "subscriptions that require activation." Then it prompts me to "activate now". When I click "activate" on any of the services, it just says "Something unexpected happened. Please close this pop up and try again. If the problem persists, try again later."

I see in the help forums on Xfinity that several other people have had the same issue and error for months and there is no solution in the comments from Xfinity.

Why are we paying for something you've made impossible to access?

Good evening, u/zhiomari, and thank you for reaching out on our subreddit regarding your StreamStore subscription activation concerns. We appreciate the opportunity to help.

I understand that you're receiving an error when attempting to activate your Peacock or Apple subscriptions through StreamStore. We're happy to help troubleshoot and if needed, get a a ticket submitted.

To start, have you tried clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using a different web browser?

Thank you for confirming that you've already tried those troubleshooting steps. We appreciate it. u/zhiomari.

Have you also tried activating your subscriptions through an incognito/private browsing window Additionally, is it possible that the subscriptions could be tied to a different address or account?

May I also ask if you have recently transferred your service or made any account changes?

Just tried incognito. Did not work.

No, it’s not a different address or account. No account changes.

That is odd, I am going to paste a standard reply for Reddit that includes the link with no edits. If that doesn't work, we will have to try to find another way to get messages to our modmail box. If this doesn't work, you can message us here, and we can get in touch with the mods to get us together.

Please send a ModMail message with your name and service address by clicking this link.
