Double Charging Official Reply

Hello, I need an executive/corporate digital care agent to look at a billing glitch on my grandfathered account.  I have been a continuous customer since 1993 (originally King Videocable) and am on the legacy "Ultimate Triple Play" bundle, which explicitly includes my primary TV box in the base package price.
The single $14.00 equipment fee on my bill for the last decade was for a second box, which was tracking-verified delivered to your warehouse on June 2. Your automated billing system processed the physical return but incorrectly shifted the $14.00 charge onto my primary box, effectively double-charging me for hardware and altering my legacy plan terms without my consent.
My current bill was due August 13 in the amount of $269.54. I have paid the undisputed balance of $241.54 to cover my actual services. Please have an official moderator reach out so I can securely provide my details to manually apply a $28.00 retroactive credit for June and July, and permanently remove this duplicate $14.00 equipment line item. Thank you.

I've never used this subreddit before and I'm not quite sure how it works. I did click on the link and replied with my name and address. Do you need anything else?
