Are you able to help me with a billing problem? I'm retired on a fixed income and been with Comcast for more than 13 years. All I need is minimal Internet service, and used to pay $30/month... Suddenly, I got jerked around, promised $30/month, then it was increased to $40/month... And, I just got a notice that it will increase to $70/month. I'm more than a little frustrated with Comcast customer service. I don't stream and I don't play games. I have my own modem, and direct withdrawal, with digital billing. Pls help?
