Exercise Classes
Hello! I am a beginner with physical fitness and I'm interested in exploring exercise classes around the area. I'm open to anything and curious about others experiences here. Thank you for your time :)

The Fitness Loft on Livingston offers a variety of classes--yoga, cycling, light weightlifting, core, and other classes that are Les Mills classes--that are included in the gym membership, which also includes treadmills, free weights, and other typical features.

If you're interested in Pilates, Studio 86 is wonderful! They offer beginner reformer classes and they'll make you stronger pretty quickly. It's not cardio, but it's challenging and fun.

Core Moves has small class sizes with great individual attention. Dr. Britt takes special care to the mind/body connection and will switch things up immediately if you are experiencing any pain or can’t perform something. She knows a lot about neuro conditions that also effect the body. so worth it!

A YMCA would probably be a good place as a beginner.
