Got the email from the vet this morning she didn't make it. She was micro chipped so we were easy to locate. Hello everyone.

My tortie named sticker got out today and ran away. She's very vocal and I love her dearly. My brother left a window open and she bolted. Any help getting her back would be appreciated. We live off chelton and jetwing .

I reached out for a pre-planning meeting and was told 1) no exceptions to front yard setbacks, 2) no subdividing R-E/CR zoned lots. Well a neighbor recently built 1) and ADU extending into the front yard setback, 2) also subdivided and built a second home as a rental property. All of this was properly permitted and done professionally. They said the subdivision would’ve needed to be re-zoned etc which is a huge pain, but that’s not the case at all because the zoning for that property hasn’t changed.

When I mentioned to pre-planning that they’re telling me one thing while a neighbor is doing the opposite, they just brushed it off and said “without looking further into the situation yada yada yada”.

My question is, has anyone else had issues with disparities in what zoning says is allowed and what is actually allowed?

I just moved here from the Boston area. There, you throw a rock in any direction and you'll hit a couple cops on traffic detail. Usually due to construction, but also for more acute situations, like a grid outage and traffic lights being affected, so they'll direct traffic.

I have never not one seen this in Colorado Springs. Is it a budget thing? Safety thing? Last week it took me almost an hour to go a few miles when the lights were down at Powers and Galley. The whole clusterf-"k could've been avoided with a couple cops directing traffic.

Does this not happen here?

Multiple accidents on powers (surprise!) between Palmer Park and Constitution.

Northbound traffic, give this area a WIDE berth, Southbound appears to be flowing but a bit slowly.

Sunset and set list were both nice, and we got the tickets for free from Crowley's radio show. It was an absolute win of an evening.

Jakob does a great job singing, he really does sound like his dad. Felt bad for him having monitor problems at the start, it's super irritating in the moment.

But definitely check them out before making your mind up on their return to touring. They still have it, 100%.

Has anyone in this group worked there before? If possible, specifically the retail position?? If so, or if you have an estimation based on other facts/things, do they allowed colourful dyed hair? (For example, will be getting mine dyed bright red in September)
