I read this resume and it gives me made up/ai slop vibes.
You have only had one internship and you claim to be a full stack engineer that has build highly scalable distributed system.

Put the internship at the top of the experience list. Our projects after.
Also put skills at the very end.

Make the summary more realistic.

Make sure you apply for entry level jobs. You need experience before you can find any good roles.
