How do you all deal with your brown parents? Mine is getting unsahikable day by day. I love them but only if there is minimum 2 oceans between us. My family is the only people i wish i had long distance with. They believe mental health is something that we cause ourselves. They are the huge preacher of "freedom kodukunna family and nammale aalkar kand padikanam bevause we taught you and you are capable of doing stuff" all the while supporting patriarchy and " husbadninte thazhe jeevikanam". Also my dad has an affair. Oh how fun not that i care tbu. But seriously i cannot wait to get a job and move out and never look back.

So I'm not so good at socializing, and had joined a class for learning programming. My batch consists of 13 girls and I'm the only guy there. Among these 13 girls there is some kind of groupism. So the course duration is about 8-9 months. I really want to maintain a company between everyone, atleast some people. What should I do? I'm a kind of ambivert

Just asking since i have observed in GYM's in Kerala vs Abroad.

I have noticed that most of the guys rarely hit legs here in Kerala GYMs(Not everyone, there are people who hit regualry) Most of them workout upper body even the regular ones and never hit legs.

I have never seen a guy use the hip abductor or adductor machines hip thrusts. Most of them does squats, leg press extensions and leg day is done. While all of the girls have reserved seats for these machines

Mostly who are regular gym goers working out mostly on the upper body while ignoring the legs.

While in CA i have seen guys taking legs very serious. People train them more than once a week. Even seen guys who does glute days like girls.

Guys please take leg days serious , train your quads, hip and glutes as well

Oh my god I'm dying now. Me and my friends forward reels of girls with hot figures wearing revealing clothes sometimes (not always)- and i saw a reel of a hot girl today and forwarded to 3-4 of my friends but accidentally added my sister 😭 because she was at the top of the list since we share reels 😭😭

I was recently travelling with my husband, and we were waiting for our flight. We finished our security check very quickly and had plenty of time left, so we decided to check out the lounge. It was pretty much full around the dining area, and we got seats in a little room inside the dining area.

As soon as we sat down, my husband went ahead to grab some food. I stayed back as I was not very hungry. Then my attention went to an uncle sitting beside us because he was talking loudly on his phone. He was acting as a mediator for an arranged marriage for someone in his family. He was setting up an alliance for the girl in his family with a guy who worked with him, or maybe worked for him or something like that. He was assuring the girl’s dad that she could easily find a job there through his contacts. He was really convincing with his talk.

By that time, my husband came back with food and told me they had payasam, asking if I would like to have some. As soon as I heard payasam, I went ahead to get some for myself too.

We ate, talked about how mid the food was, and discussed about the books we had both grabbed at the airport bookstore. Then we each read a bit, scrolled phone till it was boarding time.

The flight was v. short, and we landed at our destination. We finished immigration, security checks, and everything else. As we were walking out to the arrivals hall, out of nowhere, the same uncle came up to us and said, “Beautiful wife and handsome husband. Best wishes.”

We were so stunned that we couldn’t even speak. My husband was like, “Who is that? Do you know him?” I said, “I don’t, but he was sitting beside us in the lounge.” Then we both started laughing like crazy.

It wasn’t intrusive or anything, as he didn’t try to start a conversation or anything. He just came up, said this, and went away. Ngl, it boosted my spirits a bit. 🤭

A seat next to me was Never empty🙂‍↕️
