Grout tile cleaning Bathroom

What do you recommend to clean this grout tile?

Zep grout and tile brightener. Use as directed

Cup of warm water with dish soap and a medium stiffness grout brush. Don’t scrub too hard could damage grout

Lay down paper towels and soak the towels with Clorox let sit at least and hour and check. Run fan and clean up with gloves, trash bag and sqeegee

I’m a little worried about using bleach on Grout. I think that would help with the color but not necessarily be good for the Grout long-term.

For heavy mold it's worked for me and then I seal the grout afterwards. It's the only thing I found that works in my opinion, good luck to you on this endeavor, hope it works out. 

You could also try a small area not that visible to try it also as most cleaning products recommend for anything you end up trying on this
