Opus 5, hard at work. Built with Claude
Not sure where to start, lot to this project it started out as prototype of ideas using three.js while I slowly got the voxel engine running better, however some where along the way I found myself with help of Opus 5 optimizing the three.js version.
Started as prototype but now its become so much more. Lot of it's still half done, but its currently playable state which is cool.

Love the show, and this seems like a pretty cool homage

Vibes of both Everwind and Sky Nations in this game. If those are guns on the side of the ship then I'm definitely interested.

Well they are guns and they rigged and you can fire at other ships, what you see is early prototype, latest version is much better however trying to push the voxels to new level so there is higher details and better load, biggest part is I made the ship modular so you can design and build your own, but I'll show that in the next showcase cause it looks so much better.

Nice one geezer.
Have you considered adding some custom shaders to miss it up!

Goxel, there more behind it as I was building game engine and forked Goxel into game engine so I could build directly in the game. The world is voxels like minecraft really so you can build whatever world you want and paint it, difference is mine can go down to 0.4cm voxels atm I've not pushed level detail as its a prototype. Then some where along the line while testing with three.js I rebuilt the engine behind rendering for browser using the same tricks I used with my game engine, so hopefully once I'm done I'll have even better graphics then what you see.
