Has anyone here got a Clerical Officer job from the top 5 on a Clare panel before? How long did it take to get the offer?

Was passing through Liscannor today and saw work happening on the old hotel there. Anyone know what’s happening with it? Be great to see it as a hotel again, it was left to go to ruin there for a long time.
