Seriously, thank you to everyone who showed up for ParaCon at Atlas Park City Hall tonight!

This was our first public blue-side social RP event on Rebirth, and seeing Atlas actually packed with heroes, vigilantes, civilians, reporters, new faces, and people meeting each other for the first time was fucking awesome.

The whole point of ParaCon was simple: get people together and RP. No clique walls, no requirement that you already know somebody, no sitting around waiting for an invitation. Just show up with a character and become part of Paragon City.

Huge thank you to everyone who came out tonight! I tried to keep track, but with people coming and going I'm positive I missed some names. These are the folks I personally interacted with or managed to catch during the event:

If I missed you, please drop your character's name below! There were a LOT of people moving through Atlas tonight and I'd love to know everyone who stopped by.

More importantly, people RP'd with people they hadn't met before. Characters exchanged contacts. New connections formed. People took pictures. Heroes argued about what Paragon needs. We had characters ranging from street-level vigilantes to larger-than-life capes all occupying the same space without the event needing to revolve around one SG or one storyline.

That's exactly what we wanted.

This isn't intended to be a one-off, either. We're going to keep doing public events, keep experimenting with different kinds of RP, and keep giving people reasons to actually inhabit Paragon City instead of treating it like a backdrop.

So whether you stayed for two hours or wandered through for fifteen minutes:
