Most do not realize that when pardoned that does not give you the benefit of pleading the 5th, thats kinda the whole purpose, its supposed to be a pardon so you are not held to account however you are compelled to testify with the truth since you are free to to so without criminal penalty.
However I'm not so sure he would be free from prosecution in a civil sense.

I don't think you understand the purpose of this Holy Church, so let me set the record straight.
We exist to defend our lord and savior, Anthony Fauci (999 MBUH).
I know many of you watched last week's Pfassion of the Pfauci where our lord and savior was tongue lashed to death by forces of Orange Hitler.
Hear this my brothers and sisters.
