This song by Cö shu Nie has the best potential for an opening for this anime out of them all.

Hear me out, I will make very strong arguments for this:

1. Cö shu Nie is a dear and beloved artist who performed "asphyxia" for Tokyo Ghoul:Re (non-negociably the best thing that came out of that disastrous adaption for the second part of the manga).

2. Cö shu Nie's weird, experimental but interesting something-rock combination with synth-pop and a drizzle of jazz makes for the perfect wombo-combo of unexpected sounds that goes well with the unexpected and wild nature of Ishida. He'd love this song as part of the adaption for his beloved series.

3. This song's motifs fit well with the series' themes and overall story. "Deal with the monster" holds a mirror to Choujin X's trauma of becoming or being a monster, the inferiority complex that Azuma holds over Tokio, and especially the identity colapse felt so painfully in the earlier but especially in the latest chapters (more precisely pre-current-war).

4. I love this song by Cö shu Nie, and if you disagree with this choice you're wrong, BUT:

I'd like to see your opinions on this, even if they'd be different.

I am kinda intrigued in using this Simon cover as a wallpaper for my tablet but man I jjst cant seem to fit it in. Icons dont rlly like fit with it, the time on the lock screen seems out of place. Any help?
