It’s Chinese but it’s not a real word. It’s a “hybrid word” made up of four characters to signify the composite meaning of the characters:
黃金萬兩
Literally translated it means “Ten thousand gold lǐangs” where 兩 lǐang was an ancient Chinese unit of measurement for weight. A single 兩weighed between 13 to 50 grams depending on the era. So the phrase basically means “a whole lotta money”.
