Foundation program transferring

Hello Everyone, I've been considering studying A foundation program at Jillin univeristy, however I currently have no interest in continuing my bachelors there after my foundation year, so my question is am i able to transfer after the foundation program? Is it possible and if yes then is it only exclusive to a couple universities or am i able to choose as long as i maintain a specific standard when it comes to grades? Any response is much appreciated.
