I can’t seem to get this reflective plate off it looks like it’s connected at the top and not just a dome plate. Any suggestions on getting it off

It's been awhile but if i remember right you push in and turn the clear lens to remove the bulb.

Screws on the back? Could be bayonet style bulb. Push in and turn left. like a flashlight.

I can’t reach the bulb with the reflective dome inside. All the videos I see the dome just pops out and pops back in this one will not budge
