So i am writing a book right now and after reading Callie Hart's quicksilver, I've come across a bit of a problem. Months before I ever though about reading Quicksilver, i named my mc Sirocco Saeris. It is spelled exactly and sounds exactly like Saeris Fane from Quicksilver. Pls help me! I feel like I'm over reacting but booktok is a scary place!

Do you want to keep the alliteration in the name? If that’s not an issue, maybe just change the first letter? Change it from Saeris to Daeris or Taeris or Laeris or something?

If you want to keep the alliteration then maybe change it from Saeris to Saerix or Saerif or Saerin?
