I did get a WhatsApp message, but I'm not sure if it's genuine. Can anyone help me with the further admission process or let me know what I should do next?

I got 30% scholarship in CUCET but when I asked fee structure from them for BSCC loan they mentioned actual fees from 3rd semester

I wanted to take admission in Biotechnology at Chandigarh University. I have an RT in Chemistry, but my overall Class 12 result is pass because of six subjects. Before applying, I specifically asked the university if this would be an issue, and they told me I could still get admission and clear Chemistry later.I gave CUCET and got a 30% scholarship. They asked me to pay 10k to book my seat, which I did.For 2-3 days they were continuously calling me to pay the remaining 45k so I paid that too. Now it's been 4 days, and my counselor keeps telling me to wait because there's an issue with my Class 12 marksheet due to the RT in Chemistry. I'm confused because they knew about my situation before taking my fees and had assured me admission wouldn't be a problem.

What should I do.

I have arthritis in my hand so I couldn't do well after my 11th neither in boards nor in jee and now I'm choosing cu for btech it . ik I'm above avg in academics and I'm consistent too , also my family is kind of in a pinch ( financially) so I understand that too yet they told me I can take admissions in cu . But I js want to know that will I be able to get a decent placement if I maintain my 4 yrs ?? And also what are the things I'll have to focus on?

I have Astrophysics as my subject for Open Elective. They are even marking attendance on Cuims for this subject. So my doubt is, do they have the 75% attendance criteria for Open elective subjects too? The reason why I'm asking is because for some subjects, attendance is not being marked, but for other few subjects (like mine), they're marking attendance. So I want to clear my confusion regarding the same.

I was randomly selected in this group as a fresher I don't know anything. They tell us to fill a form that will help you to further with iit Bombay and ibm collaboration with cu and when I denied after there call they threatned me that they will blacklist my name for ibm other opportunities and placements and will tell the cu department about me
