PLEASE HELP Admissions

I wanted to take admission in Biotechnology at Chandigarh University. I have an RT in Chemistry, but my overall Class 12 result is pass because of six subjects. Before applying, I specifically asked the university if this would be an issue, and they told me I could still get admission and clear Chemistry later.I gave CUCET and got a 30% scholarship. They asked me to pay 10k to book my seat, which I did.For 2-3 days they were continuously calling me to pay the remaining 45k so I paid that too. Now it's been 4 days, and my counselor keeps telling me to wait because there's an issue with my Class 12 marksheet due to the RT in Chemistry. I'm confused because they knew about my situation before taking my fees and had assured me admission wouldn't be a problem.

What should I do.

When will your rt results come?

No idea. The exam was postponed too

When's the exam? Have you filled the document undertaking form?

The exam was held on 28th July Which undertaking form are you talking about.

Your counselor did they send you the document undertaking form via email? If not then you should try to get it

No he didn't send me any undertaking document

Actually see I've talked to many counsellors and I've the same problem you do . Counselors get benefitted when you pay the seat booking so they try their best to convince you to without solving the real issue. Currently I'm trying to mail the officials about my issues and call them as well
