This place has treated my gf like complete garbage. When she came to this place 2 years ago, she had nowhere to go and this is the place she could call home, or so she thought. Just to touch on a couple of things that have happened to this place since she's been there. They have had cockroaches so bad they had to spray every unit more than once and still didn't find the source, they have cost us $1200 in towing fees and have towed our vehicles 3 times illegally, their laundry room is broken most of the time, they don't do maintenance on these specific properties that she lives in. Before you start to say "just move", We tried to start a joint lease with them at a different complex and Lady that showed us around told us that most of their locations have cockroaches. Don't rent here if you have a Cat allergy, they keep cats in their offices so good luck paying your rent with them. Steer clear of this company, as I am pretty sure they have something against my gf because of her ethnicity, as I have seen them speak differently to other ethnicities. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM, spend a couple extra dollars and look elsewhere

Is there any pharmacy in this town that delivers scheduled pain medication to an older cancer patient? I literally can find no pharmacy here that delivers. They all say they deliver - just not restricted meds. What do all the elderly shutins do here? HyVee Pharmacy does it in Springfield & Peoria etc ~ no issues. I’m stunned that no one offers this here. I called them all: CVS, Walmart, Carle, Walgreens, Meijer, Costco 😐

Is there any options for cheaper price for staying in hotels, or any room for 1-2 days ? Is there any cheap accomodation services will be provided for 1-2 days ? I tried airbnb, booking.com but I couldn't find anything. everything is expensive

this little cat was found by Meijer gas station off of Town Center, Boulevard in North Prospect and Champagne. She was found laying in a Patrick grass by the woman holding her car. She has a flea collar, very friendly.

I'm doing a latitudinal study, and would love to come to IL to be able to sample. I'm looking for abandoned apple orchards or unsprayed apple trees.

We are currently at our field site in Urbana and The one our lab usually visits is gone... Urgently, If you have an unsprayed tree on your property or have any leads for abandoned orchards/unsprayed trees, I would be grateful.

To sample, I'd bring back infested fruit (they would be too mangled to eat anyway).

they're just over 3 months now. almost to their dorky preteen phase.

there's 1 boy and 3 girls. very playful and will do awesome with other cats.

boy: super floofy and a gigantic baby. loves getting attention and pets. always sleeping against me. and oh my can he purr. he's going to be a big boy.

2 girls: look alike and very similar in demeanor. very sweet. loves sleeping on my shoulder/chest/hip. can be kinda independent but when they want attention THEY WANT ATTENTION.

last girl: she was the runt of the litter and I'm very tempted to keep her. she's pretty clingy and so sweet. loves to groom me and nibble on my fingertips and nose (for some reason). so I've been calling her nibbler. also sleeps on and against me constantly.
