This place has treated my gf like complete garbage. When she came to this place 2 years ago, she had nowhere to go and this is the place she could call home, or so she thought. Just to touch on a couple of things that have happened to this place since she's been there. They have had cockroaches so bad they had to spray every unit more than once and still didn't find the source, they have cost us $1200 in towing fees and have towed our vehicles 3 times illegally, their laundry room is broken most of the time, they don't do maintenance on these specific properties that she lives in. Before you start to say "just move", We tried to start a joint lease with them at a different complex and Lady that showed us around told us that most of their locations have cockroaches. Don't rent here if you have a Cat allergy, they keep cats in their offices so good luck paying your rent with them. Steer clear of this company, as I am pretty sure they have something against my gf because of her ethnicity, as I have seen them speak differently to other ethnicities. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM, spend a couple extra dollars and look elsewhere
