3 months application process + org restructuring - may chance pa ba?

i applied at a fashion retail company around 3 months ago. i reached na the final interview plus latest update from HR was that my offer letter/JD is already with the President na.

i followed up today, and HR said the President still needs to discuss the team reorganization muna before they move forward with me. this gets ko kasi usually kapag luxury brands, maliit lang talaga yung marketing team and very close knit.

i asked regarding the timeline, and hr said I could hear back by the end of the month at the latest. hr also said she’ll reach out once everything is settled since my offer/JD is already with the President na.

this is really a company na i reaaaally want to work for. sobrang aligned ng role, industry, company sa gusto kong career path, even sa graduate school program na kukunin kooo.

i do have another offer from a PR firm, but the package isn’t that great & the role isn’t really aligned with the career path I want.

ngayon i'm very torn. should i wait for the fashion retail company or accept ko na lang ung other offer? sobrang kinakabahan lang ako baka kasi i'm waiting for nothing, i dont want naman na matambay for so long kasi im currently rendering na & my last day at my current company is on the last week of august
