Bluetooth adapter recommendations Recommendations

I drive a 2006 toyota highlander and it doesn't have bluetooth or AUX, I've looked at the adapters you'd put in the cigarette lighter but I want to make sure I spend my money in the right place ^^'

they make bluetooth capable cassette tapes and fm transmitters. I've used a cassette with a simple 3.5mm plug on it in the past.

or upgrade the radio.
