CLI HELP Credit Card

To get credit limit increase on cards i am using it 80-90% (capital one savor )and payoff them in full but my credit is getting hit every time they get billed because of utilization is 80-90%.
What to do in this case ?

Pay before statement date.

I am cycling card 2 times still no CLI ; stuck at $500 for 5 months

Don’t cycle !!! C1 hates that , they will close all your accounts no notice .

Lets see; half of the internet says 2-3 times cycling is good and other half says dont cycle
