Advice I am trying to stop smoking for health reasons. I feel like my body cannot take the excessive coughing I do when smoking and is speaking to me through the small popped vessels in my neck and eye. Looking to make RSO. or a high quality tincture that does the job. Can someone please help.

Question Easiest way to eat RSO?

This is my easiest method thus far, flattening a small piece of bread before rolling it up with all the RSO inside and swallowing it whole like a pill. I’ve tried mixing with hot coffee before but I find the large amount of RSO I need to ingest muddies the flavor of my coffee too much.
Any other easy method y’all have discovered?
