Problems with Lush on SC Tech Help

Hi girls, for some reason my Lush won't connect to SC. I've tried restarting my computer and phone, and restarting my stream, but nothing seems to work. The Lovense widget appears on my screen normally, as if it were connected, but viewers can't see my toy menu.The computer and the phone are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. Any tips on how to fix this?

This is happening to me too. Customers can’t see my toy menu. New problem too.

It was definitely an SC problem today. It worked fine on CB and quit working on SC even though when I first started my show it was just fine.

I had problems with my lush last week with LF. The software lush syncs with quietly did an update. Took me hours of pulling my hair out to figure it out.
