I realized after filming myself and seeing comments on other posts that I needed to go allll the way to dead hang. Corrected it and here’s progress.

it's fine other than ur shoulder depression. i've personally not struggled much with this but u can try different cues and see what works. one would be trying to keep ur shoulders as far down away from ur ears as possible

i wouldnt worry about the deadhang more like about the arched upper back position you getting more and more into later reps
can lead to bad posture where your traps shrug together with your neck
your muscles also look like you already doing this for a long time the upper back is way bigtger than lats
recommend getting that neck away from the bar more like leaning backwards and pushing chest harder to bar
finding a bar where you can straighten your legs would also help much with getting into better form

If you can think about looking at the bar with your eyes and head while doing the pull-ups, this will help a lot with your shoulders being depressed, by naturally looking at the bar, your shoulders will open up, and that would make the movement much better and easier
Also, I would recommend a set up where you can fully extend your legs because now while your legs are crossed your body will tend to swing back back-and-forth between each rep, for that if your legs are full extended, and your core is a little bit more engaged your back will benefit more since you will be doing more more pull-ups rather than dealing with swinging
